What Discounts do You offer?

Note: Frozen food subscriptions are excluded from milestone rewards due to special shipping and cost considerations. Rewards apply to all non-frozen products.
What are the terms & conditions?

You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime before it's next renewal. Simply visit your customer profile and click on 'Manage subscriptions'.

Frozen pet food subscriptions are not eligible for milestone rewards.

Milestone rewards are product-specific. For example, 12 renewals of 'Fido’s Flora Probiotics' are required to unlock the 12th renewal reward for Fido’s Flora. Switching to another product resets milestone progress.

Skipped, paused, or canceled orders do not count toward milestone progress.

Subscriptions may be paused for a maximum of 3 consecutive months.

Subscriptions paused longer than 3 months will lose accrued milestone progress and rewards will reset.

How do I set up subscriptions?
  1. Visit the product page of the product you wish to subscribe to
  2. Select the quantity and delivery frequency
  3. Add to cart
  4. Repeat this process for each additional product you wish to subscribe to.
What happens if I cancel or pause my subscription?

You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime from inside your customer profile.

Please note, changes to your subscription MUST be made BEFORE your next automatic renewal.

If you cancel, your subscription roadmap progress and rewards will reset. That’s why we recommend pausing instead — it lets you keep your milestone progress and perks.

You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months. After that, your milestone progress will reset so rewards stay fair for all loyal subscribers.
Can I change my subscription after I sign up?

Absolutely! You can modify your product selection or delivery schedule at any time.

Simply visit "My Subscriptions" inside your customer account to make the desired changes.
