For UAE Orders
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, sealed, unused, or unworn with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange a return time slot for you. There will be a return collection fee of AED 49.

Returns must be made in a secure shipping package. Pawdega is not responsible for items damaged during transit due to poor packaging. Items damaged during transits will not be accepted for return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like supplements or perishable goods (such as frozen food items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the correct item you wish to have and then organize for the return of the item you have, and once the return is accepted a refund will be processed.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, a 3% bank card fee charged by our payment gateway provider will be removed and offset against the remaining balance. If you opt for store credit, you will not be charged a 3% bank card fee.
Refunds are only made via bank transfer to a UAE bank account.
For International Orders (Orders Outside of UAE)
All sales are final. Returns will not be accepted. Refunds are not possible.
