Welcome to Pawdega. The Terms of Service governs the use of the Pawdega website. Please carefully read these Terms of Service before placing any order with Pawdega. You should understand that placing any order on this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. You should print a copy of these Terms of Service for future Reference.ย
By placing an order for products featured on the Pawdega website you are entering into a Contract with Pawdega. The Contract will only be formed after you have placed your order and have received itย
The websites www.pawdega.com and www.thepawdega.com are owned and operated by us:ย
- Pawdega Natural Pet Supplies Trading L.L.C in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
DEFINED TERMS: In these Terms of Service:

When we say โPawdegaโ, we refer to Pawdega Natural Pet Supplies Trading LLC. We also refer to Pawdega as โweโ, โusโ, and โourโ

When we say โyouโ or โyourโ, we mean customer or any user of the Pawdega website.

When we say โContentโ, we refer to product information, product descriptions, comments, reviews, questions, data, and other information, including images, text, logos, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, videos, written, and other materials.

ย When we say โProductโ,ย we refer to goods that are supplied or manufactured by Pawdega.ย

When we say โServiceโ we mean any services agreed in the Contract to be supplied by Pawdega to the customer
Section 1: Your Use of the Pawdega Websiteย
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on the Pawdega website.
Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
You certify that the information you provide on or through the Pawdega website is accurate and complete.ย
You are entirely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your account information including the username and password.ย
Pawdega is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.ย
Your account may be restricted or terminated for any reason at our discretion.ย
User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his or her account.
Section 2: Order Agreement and Billingย
Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
You represent and authorize that you have the right to use any credit card or any other form of payment that you provide to us. The billing information that you provide to us must be accurate and truthful.
Providing inaccurate billing information is a breach of the Terms of Service and may result in the cancellation of your order.ย
Before we accept your order it may be necessary to retrieve additional information from you.
Verification may be required before the completion of any purchase.ย
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order including a limitation on the quantities available for purchase, inaccurate information, errors in product or pricing information.
If your order has been cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a refund in the charge amount back to your credit card (or another applicable payment account)
We will endeavor to contact you if the entire or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.ย
By confirming your order at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the product(s) and the associated shipping and handling fees and applicable taxes.ย

Section 3: Subscription Deliveriesย
Subscription delivery day are typically on the following working day after the day the order was created. Delivery of non-frozen items only take place on working days, they are not made on bank holidays. Frozen food subscription order may be delivered on a bank holiday (subject to holiday surcharge)
Changes to Delivery/ Cancel Delivery after Fulfillment
Cancelled deliveries or request to cancel a delivery after an order has been fulfilled or partially fulfilled will be subject fulfillment cancellation fee of AED 20. To avoid this fee we request that you inform us of any delivery adjustments at least 2 working days before your scheduled delivery date.
Subscriptions that remain paused with undelivered goods for more than 90 days will be automatically canceled. No refunds or store credit will be issued for canceled subscriptions with undelivered goods.
Section 4: PAWDEGA UAE Loyalty Program โ Terms & Conditions
By participating in the PAWDEGA UAE Loyalty Program (โProgramโ), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
4.1. Eligibility
The Program is open to individuals with a registered PAWDEGA UAE account located in the United Arab Emirates. Businesses, resellers, and wholesale accounts are not eligible to participate.
4.2. Earning Points

Members earn 1 point for every AED 1 spent on eligible purchases, excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts.

No points are earned on frozen pet food or frozen product purchases.
-
Points are credited to your account once your order has shipped.
-
Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
-
PAWDEGA reserves the right to adjust points for returned, refunded, or canceled orders.

Points earned on the PAWDEGA UAE website (pawdega.com) cannot be used or redeemed on the PAWDEGA USA website (pawdega.us), and vice versa. Each region operates a separate loyalty program.
4.3. Redeeming Rewards

Points can be redeemed for coupons and discounts as outlined in the Program.

Rewards can be applied only to one-time purchases and cannot be used toward subscriptions.

Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts, promo codes, or offers.

Rewards apply to product prices only (not taxes or shipping).

Discounts earned through the Program can be redeemed on all eligible products, excluding frozen pet food.
4.4. Points Restrictions

Points are non-transferable and cannot be shared, gifted, or combined between accounts.

Points may only be redeemed by the account that earned them.
-
Expired, lost, or deleted points cannot be reinstated.

Points cannot be transferred between PAWDEGA UAE and PAWDEGA USA accounts or programs.
4.5. Program Modifications
PAWDEGA reserves the right to:

Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or its terms at any time without prior notice.

Adjust or cancel points, rewards, or promotional vouchers if fraud, abuse, or technical errors are suspected.
Any updates will be posted on our official website. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
4.6. General Terms

Participation in the Program is subject to all applicable UAE laws and regulations.

The Program is void where prohibited by law.

PAWDEGAโs decisions regarding Program eligibility, point calculations, and redemptions are final and binding.

SECTION 5: PAWDEGA UAE - SUBSCRIPTION REWARDS
By participating in the PAWDEGA UAE Subscription Rewards Program (โProgramโ), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
5.1. Eligibility

Subscription rewards are available only to active subscribers with a valid, recurring subscription account in good standing.
-
Rewards cannot be transferred, sold, or combined across multiple customer accounts.
-
Each subscription must be tied to a single customer account and delivery address within the United Arab Emirates.
5.2. Reward Redemption
-
Rewards (including bonus points, free shipping codes, milestone discounts, and digital rewards) are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be redeemed for cash or credit.
-
Rewards can only be redeemed through pawdega.com on eligible products, excluding frozen pet food and gift cards, unless otherwise specified.
-
Rewards cannot be applied retroactively to previously completed orders.
5.3. Milestone Tracking
-
Renewals are counted based on successful, completed subscription orders.
-
Skipped, paused, or canceled orders do not count toward milestone progress.
-
If a subscription is canceled and restarted, milestone progress resets to the beginning.

Subscriptions may be paused for a maximum of three (3) consecutive months. Subscriptions paused longer than this period will forfeit accrued milestone progress and associated rewards.

Milestone rewards are product-specific. To receive a milestone reward for a specific product, 12 consecutive subscription renewals of that product are required. Switching products resets milestone progress.
5.4. Points Misuse Prevention
-
Bonus points awarded through milestones are subject to verification.
-
Fraudulent or abusive behavior (e.g., creating multiple accounts, fake referrals, exploiting system errors, or manipulating subscription cycles) will result in forfeiture of points and possible account suspension.
-
Triple-points milestones apply only to the qualifying subscription renewal order and do not apply to additional one-time orders.
5.5. Discount & Free Shipping Rewards
-
One-time milestone discounts (e.g., Extra 5% milestone bonuses) apply once per eligible subscription renewal and cannot be combined with other discounts or applied retroactively.

Free shipping rewards apply only to standard delivery within the UAE. Expedited or international shipping options are excluded unless otherwise stated.

If an order is returned, refunded, or canceled, any associated milestone reward may be revoked.
5.6. Program Abuse Examples (Not Allowed)
Examples of prohibited activities include:

Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly earn โ1st Renewalโ or โ4th Renewalโ rewards.
-
Canceling subscriptions immediately after receiving a milestone reward.
-
Manipulating order frequency (e.g., switching between 30-day and 120-day cycles) to trigger renewals faster.
5.7. Modifications & Termination

PAWDEGA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate milestone rewards, point values, or Program terms at any time, with or without notice.

In the event of program misuse, PAWDEGA may revoke rewards or terminate participation at its discretion.
-
All Program decisions by PAWDEGA are final and binding.
5.8. Transparency Clause
The Subscription Rewards Program is designed to thank loyal subscribers for their ongoing commitment to holistic pet wellness.
Any misuse of the Program undermines fairness and may result in loss of access to rewards or termination of participation.
5.9. Regional Limitations

Subscription rewards earned through pawdega.com (UAE) are not transferable or redeemable on pawdega.us (USA) and vice versa. Each operates a separate loyalty and rewards system.

All rewards, redemptions, and currency values apply to UAE transactions only (AED).

Section 6: International Orders
At this time, all frozenย food items can only be purchased within The United Arab Emirates and are not available for international shipment.
If you wish to purchase non-frozen item(s) for international shipment, you can check at the checkout if an order can be shipped to your country, if so, a shipping rate will be provided. If you do not see the country you prefer to ship to, kindly send a private email exchange to bark@pawdega.comย
You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to the international purchase and the shipment of items.
We will not be responsible for problems that you may encounter with your customs authorities. If your order is held up by your country's customs authorities, it is your responsibility to secure the products. We are not familiar with international customs policies that are unique to each country. As such, it remains the customer's responsibility to be familiar with all import policies which may include: customs fees, VAT, import fees and/or any other fees associated with import.
Due to nature of the products we offer (for example, powdered supplement), in very rare occasions, Customs or the Relevant authority may decide to inspect the items in your order. This means, it may be possible that the seal of the items in your order are physically broken. We are not responsible for any items opened by Customs or any relevant authority.ย
Once again, we are not responsible for products once they reach your country. If you are not comfortable with this policy, please refrain from ordering from the Pawdega website.
We reserve the right to not complete an international order.
All international sales are final.
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Section 7: Returns and Cancellations for UAE Orders
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.ย
Since we process orders quickly (sometimes less than an hour after your order is placed), we request that you inform us immediately if you would like to cancel your order in writing to Bark@Pawdega.com. Order cancellation before the order is fulfilled is NOT guaranteed.ย
Orders that are canceled will be subject to refund fees.ย
Refunds for online orders will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. You must notify us via email if you wish to cancel your order. You can send us an email at Bark@Pawdega.com.

Section 8: Promo Codes
When we say โpromoโ, we mean promotional
The promotional code is valid for a limited time only. Pawdega reserves the right to modify or cancel it at any time.
Each promotional code can be used only once, unless otherwise specified.
Each promotional code applies only to qualifying items. Details are specified in the promotion.
The promotional code does not apply to pre-orders, unless otherwise specified.
The promotional code does not apply to gift voucher purchases.
The promotional code does not apply to low margin products.
The promotion is subject to all restrictions set forth in the offer.
If the promotion has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes, shipping and handling charges do not apply toward the minimum purchase amount.
The promotion applies only to orders shipped to the same address.
The promotional code is not transferable, may not be resold or redeemed for cash.
If you return non perishable items purchased using a promotional code, we will subtract the value of the promotional code from your return credit.
Only one promotional code can be used each time and therefore cannot be combined with other offers using promotional code.
Limit one promotional code per customer.
Pawdega reserves the right to void the transactions where prohibited.
Section 9: Deliveries within United Arab Emirates
We are proud to say that deliveries can be made to all seven Emirates! Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, RAK, Sharjah, Ajman, & Umm Al Quwain. Delivery prices differ for each Emirate and start at just AED 15. Please refer to the checkout page to find the delivery pricing within UAE.ย
Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 โ 5 working days. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full correct address along with your contact details.
Your order will be delivered to the address specified in your order.ย
We do not accept responsibility for incorrect postal addresses provided by you or responsibility for leaving items where requested.
Products accepted by you or someone in the household becomes your responsibility upon delivery.
Perishable goods should be handled with care and should be refrigerated or kept in a freezer immediately after delivery.ย
The majority of our frozen products are packaged in biodegradable, compostable, and recyclable paper packaging for sustainability reasons. Because of this, it is possible that some packages may arrive slightly ripped. Additionally, signs of ice crystals on the food or packaging are not uncommon. None of this has any affect on the quality of the product. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for slightly torn packages or packages with ice crystals. Our frozen chain is always guaranteed; we use frozen warehouses and cooling trucks to make our deliveries to ensure that excellent quality is preserved and never compromised.

Section 10: Prices and Paymentย
The price of the Goods and Services shall be the price listed in quotation current at the date of acceptance of your order
Product prices are exclusive of applicable tax. Value Added Tax (VAT) is calculated at checkout.ย
Product prices and delivery charges are subject to changes at any given time, the changes will not affect your order if you have already received a confirmation.
Payment for all Products and Services can be made by credit card, debit card, or cash on delivery. We accept Visa and Mastercard.ย
We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Pawdega website to our users; however, errors may still occur, in such cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is priced incorrectly, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card has been charged, in this event, you will be refunded.
Section 11: Circumstances Beyond Our Controlย
We shall not be liable for any events of breach, interference, or delay of our performance or our obligations that are beyond our reasonable control. We will not be liable for any โEvent of Force Majeureโ regardless of whether the circumstances in question has been foreseen.
Force Majeure refers to any act of nature, act of government, event, or accident that happens beyond our reasonable control which can include without limitation of:ย
- Hackers, suppliers, riot, civil commotion, war, warlike operations, national emergencies, terrorism, threat of terrorism, strikes, lock-outs, natural disaster, fire, explosion, storm, flood, weather conditions, accident, failure of public utility supplies.
- Failure to access to public and private telecommunications networksย
We may suspend the Contract with written notice until the Force Majeure event ends.
We may terminate the Contract in the event the Force Majeure does not end in a sufficient period of time. In this event, neither you or we shall be liable to the termination of the Contract.ย
Any undelivered orders will be refunded to you.ย
We will, however, endeavour to meet our obligations to you when the Force Majeure is over.ย
Section 12: Liability
The Pawdega website is not intended to provide any diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. The products, services, information, as well as any other content provided on the Pawdega website, including information and content that may be provided on the website directly or by linking to third-party websites are provided for informational purposes only and should never be considered as a substitute for veterinary advice.ย
In the attempt to provide quality value to our visitors, we may link websites operated from third parties. Information provided on the Pawdega and linked websites, including information relating to medical and health conditions, treatments, and products may be provided in summary form. Information on the Pawdega including any product label or packaging should not be considered as a substitute for advice from a veterinary healthcare professional. Pawdega does not recommend self-management of animal health issues. Information on the Pawdega website is not comprehensive and does not cover all diseases, ailments, physical conditions or their treatment. Pawdega either owns the intellectual property rights in the underlying HTML, text, images, audio clips, video clips, software and other content that is made available to you on this website, or has retrieved the permission of the owner of the intellectual property to use such Content on this website. Pawdega prohibits the redistribution or copying of any Content without our written permission.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any losses, damages and expenses (including legal fees and attorneyโs fees) (โClaimsโ) arising out of or relating to:
- any claims or demands made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services;
- your violation of any of the provisions of these Terms of Use, including, without limitation, any of the warranties, representations and undertakings;
- your violation of any applicable laws, including, without limitation, data protection or anti-spam laws; or

Section 15: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
โUnited Arab of Emirates is our country of domicileโ and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
