So Where Do You Deliver? 

  • We are proud to say that deliveries can be made to all seven Emirates! Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, RAK, Sharjah, Ajman, & UAQ. Delivery prices differ for each Emirate and start at just AED 15. 
  • Internationally for non-frozen items only

    What are your shipping rates?

    Within all Emirates of UAE:

    FREE Shipping for an order including only non-frozen goods over AED 499

    AED 15 for an order including only non-frozen goods under AED 499

    AED 15 for an order including only frozen goods with 5 or more pieces

    AED 15 for an order including both non-frozen (under AED 499 in value) and frozen goods with 5 or more frozen items 

    AED 25 for an order including only frozen goods with fewer than 5 pieces

    AED 20 for an order including both non-frozen (under AED 499 in value) and frozen goods with fewer than 5 frozen items

    AED 7.50 for an order including both non-frozen (over AED 499 in value) and frozen goods with 5 or more frozen items

    AED 12.50 for an order including both non-frozen (over AED 499 in value) and frozen goods with fewer than 5 frozen items

    A minimum order amount of AED 99 is required for all orders

    Can I pay with cash? 

    Yes! For all UAE orders, you can. Please note that we will need to verify Cash on Delivery orders by telephone, email, or WhatsApp message. Delivery of orders which are not verified may be delayed or canceled. 

    Cash on Delivery for international orders will not be accepted.

    Do you offer next working day delivery in UAE?

    Yes, the cut-off time for the next working day delivery is 4 pm. For Example, if you place your order before 4 pm on Monday you will have the option to receive delivery on Tuesday. If you place an order after 4 pm on Monday, the next available date for delivery will be Wednesday.

    Rejected Delivery - UAE 

    In the case of a delivery being rejected by you or someone in your household, your delivery will be placed on hold. You will be required to pay the full delivery fee (AED 30 + AED 7 for each additional box in your delivery) before your delivery is shipped again. Orders that involve rejected deliveries with undelivered goods will be subject to the terms of our Refund Policy. Please click here to read the terms of our refund policy.

    Rejected Delivery - International 

    In the case of a delivery being rejected by you or someone in your household, your delivery will be abandoned. Your order will not be returned to PAWDEGA.

    So When Do You Deliver?

    Deliveries are made daily within all emirates except on Sundays and Holidays. Please refer to the time slots on the checkout page. 

    How long does it take to receive my order?

    We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full correct address along with your contact details.

     

    What about international deliveries?

  • We currently ship to many countries within the Middle East, Europe, & South Asia region. If you wish to purchase non-frozen item(s) for international shipment, you can check at the checkout if an order can be shipped to your country, if so, a shipping rate will be provided. If you do not see the country you prefer to ship to, kindly send a private email exchange to bark@pawdega.com  
  • You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to the international purchase, and shipment of items.
  • Depending on which items you purchase, the Customs agency of the country you wish to import to may determine that you owe duty or tax. In this case, you accept all responsibility to pay the required duty or taxes.
  • Specialized International Delivery Fees can be quoted upon request. You can send us an email at Bark@Pawdega.com to see if we can get you a better deal on shipping.
  • Please note that we do NOT accept Cash on Delivery orders for international shipments. All Cash on Delivery orders order for International Shipments will be cancelled.

    Can I send my goods to a forwarding address to make international deliveries?

  • Yes, please send us an email so that we can arrange your order for international shipment. 
  • We can deliver goods to a forwarding address of your choice. However, you would be responsible for the goods once the delivery is made to the forwarding address.

    What happens if I’m not at home at the time of delivery?

    For time slot deliveries scheduled between 3:00 & 7:30:

    The driver will not ring the doorbell. Your order may be delivered and your order will be delivered in front of your door or somewhere on your property. In this case, you will be informed if your order was delivered elsewhere. Please note, Pawdega will not be responsible for any lost orders, missing items, damaged items, items left in the heat, or any frozen items that may defrost. You accept all responsibility for the order once your order is delivered.

    For time slot deliveries scheduled between 9:00 & 22:00:

    If you or the person that you have authorized to receive the delivery are not available during the time slot we will try to contact you and attempt delivery at the next time slot. We kindly ask that if you know that you will not be available for delivery to please contact us to reschedule.

    Can I leave the order outside of my home?

    If you are unable to accept your order and would like to leave your order outside of your home in a specified location, this can be arranged. Please note, Pawdega will not be responsible for any lost orders, missing items, damaged items, items left in the heat, or any frozen items that may defrost. You accept all responsibility for the order once your order is delivered.

    What if only part of my order has been delivered?

    If there are any missing items from your order, we ask that you please send us a detailed email to our customer service team bark@pawdega.com. All claims MUST be made within 5 working days to allow for a full investigation.


    What happens if I’m not satisfied with a product in my order?

    In the event that something like this should happen, please refer to our returns policy.
