You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime before it's next renewal. Simply visit your customer profile and click on 'Manage subscriptions'.
Frozen pet food subscriptions are not eligible for milestone rewards.
Milestone rewards are product-specific. For example, 12 renewals of 'Fido’s Flora Probiotics' are required to unlock the 12th renewal reward for Fido’s Flora. Switching to another product resets milestone progress.
Skipped, paused, or canceled orders do not count toward milestone progress.
Subscriptions may be paused for a maximum of 3 consecutive months.
Subscriptions paused longer than 3 months will lose accrued milestone progress and rewards will reset.
