Overview
Welcome to Pawdega. The Terms of Service governs the use of the Pawdega website. Please carefully read these Terms of Service before placing any order with Pawdega. You should understand that placing any order on this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. You should print a copy of these Terms of Service for future Reference.
By placing an order for products featured on the Pawdega website you are entering into a Contract with Pawdega. The Contract will only be formed after you have placed your order and have received it
The websites www.pawdega.com and www.thepawdega.com are owned and operated by us:
- Pawdega Natural Pet Supplies Trading L.L.C in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
DEFINED TERMS: In these Terms of Service:
- When we say “Pawdega”, we refer to Pawdega Natural Pet Supplies Trading LLC. We also refer to Pawdega as “we”, “us”, and “our”
- When we say “you” or “your”, we mean customer or any user of the Pawdega website.
- Other key terms used in these Terms of Service:
- When we say “Content”, we refer to product information, product descriptions, comments, reviews, questions, data, and other information, including images, text, logos, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, videos, written, and other materials.
- When we say “Product”, we refer to goods that are supplied or manufactured by Pawdega.
- When we say “Service” we mean any services agreed in the Contract to be supplied by Pawdega to the customer
Section 1: Your Use of the Pawdega Website
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on the Pawdega website.
Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
You certify that the information you provide on or through the Pawdega website is accurate and complete.
You are entirely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your account information including the username and password.
Pawdega is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Your account may be restricted or terminated for any reason at our discretion.
User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his or her account.
Section 2: Order Agreement and Billing
Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
You represent and authorize that you have the right to use any credit card or any other form of payment that you provide to us. The billing information that you provide to us must be accurate and truthful.
Providing inaccurate billing information is a breach of the Terms of Service and may result in the cancellation of your order.
Before we accept your order it may be necessary to retrieve additional information from you.
Verification may be required before the completion of any purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order including a limitation on the quantities available for purchase, inaccurate information, errors in product or pricing information.
If your order has been cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a refund in the charge amount back to your credit card (or another applicable payment account)
We will endeavor to contact you if the entire or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
By confirming your order at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the product(s) and the associated shipping and handling fees and applicable taxes.
Section 3: Subscriptions and Subscription Cancellations
When opting for a subscription plan for frozen pet food, the contents of the frozen pet food of the order may vary. The contents of a previous subscription order may not be the same as a new order.
Subscription offers are also available for selected supplements and treats. We require 2 cycle payments upfront for selected supplements and treats.
When you opt for a subscription, you are authorizing Pawdega Natural Pet Supplies Trading LLC to debit the amount of the order which will recur in agreed intervals specified by you via the method of payment of credit or debit card. The recurring charges will continue automatically for an indefinite period until it is formally cancelled, which MUST be done in writing via Email to Bark@Pawdega.com.
Pawdega Natural Pet Supplies Trading LLC may submit periodic charges (i.e., every 4 weeks or monthly) without further authorization from you until you provide advance notice that you wish to cancel the authorization or wish to change the method of payment.
You are required to keep a valid credit or debit card on file to charge for automatic recurring subscription orders.
To cancel or modify your subscription you must do so through writing via email to Bark@pawdega.com
A cancellation request must be made at least 5 days prior to your expected automatic recurring payment.
Since Pawdega offers a very convenient short-term subscription plan, you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for any current subscription period.
You can re-subscribe at any time after cancellation, however, we reserve the right to not accept a resubscription.
Pawdega Natural Pet Supplies Trading LLC reserves the right to cancel any subscriptions that have been paused, canceled, or reactivated multiple times.
Pawdega Natural Pet Supplies Trading LLC reserves the right to cancel any subscription.
Any alterations - a change of address or subscription pause request must be made in writing via Email. Any alterations must be made at least 5 days prior to the next automatic invoice billing date.
Adding one-time purchase items to your subscription order: adding one-time items to your subscription order is possible, in order to add one-time purchase items to your subscription order we must be notified by email, WhatsApp, or telephone. A new order will be generated to settle the outstanding invoice. Adding one-time purchase items to subscription orders which have been prepared for dispatch is not possible.
The payment and delivery will continue as scheduled until canceled and only pause for an agreeable time period by Pawdega.
Subscription delivery days may vary depending on working days and bank holidays.
Cancellations of Subscriptions Before the First Automatic Renewal
Cancellations of subscriptions before the first automatic renewal will be subject to a fee of the discounted rate which has been applied to your subscription order.
If you cancel a bulk order or a subscription order before your first automatic renewal, the remaining value of the undelivered items from the bulk order or subscription will only be reimbursed via bank transfer or store credit.
An administration fee of AED 100, and a 3% bank card fee charged by our payment gateway provider will be removed and offset against the remaining balance.
We require your full banking details and can usually process the refund as soon as possible or a maximum within 30 days of your submission of banking details. If you opt for store credit, you will not be charged a 3% bank card fee, and you will not be charged an AED 100 administration fee.
Cancellations of Subscriptions or Bulk Orders With Undelivered Goods
Cancellations of subscriptions or bulk orders with goods that have not been fulfilled for shipment will be subject to a fee of the discounted rate which has been applied to your subscription order.
If you cancel a bulk order or a subscription order before your order is completely fulfilled, the remaining value of the undelivered items from the bulk order or subscription will only be reimbursed via bank transfer or store credit.

Section 4: International Orders
At this time, all frozen food items can only be purchased within The United Arab Emirates and are not available for international shipment.
If you wish to purchase non-frozen item(s) for international shipment, you can check at the checkout if an order can be shipped to your country, if so, a shipping rate will be provided. If you do not see the country you prefer to ship to, kindly send a private email exchange to bark@pawdega.com
You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to the international purchase and the shipment of items.
We will not be responsible for problems that you may encounter with your customs authorities. If your order is held up by your country's customs authorities, it is your responsibility to secure the products. We are not familiar with international customs policies that are unique to each country. As such, it remains the customer's responsibility to be familiar with all import policies which may include: customs fees, VAT, import fees and/or any other fees associated with import.
Once again, we are not responsible for products once they reach your country. If you are not comfortable with this policy, please refrain from ordering from the Pawdega website.
We reserve the right to not complete an international order.
All international sales are final.
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Section 5: Returns and Cancellations for UAE Orders
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Since we process orders quickly (sometimes less than an hour after your order is placed), we request that you inform us immediately if you would like to cancel your order in writing to Bark@Pawdega.com.
Orders that cancelled after an order is fulfill with be subject refund fees.
Refunds for online orders will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. You must notify us via email if you wish to cancel your order. You can send us an email at Bark@Pawdega.com.

Section 6: Promo Codes
When we say “promo”, we mean promotional
The promotional code is valid for a limited time only. Pawdega reserves the right to modify or cancel it at any time.
Each promotional code can be used only once, unless otherwise specified.
Each promotional code applies only to qualifying items. Details are specified in the promotion.
The promotional code does not apply to pre-orders, unless otherwise specified.
The promotional code does not apply to gift voucher purchases.
The promotional code does not apply to low margin products.
The promotion is subject to all restrictions set forth in the offer.
If the promotion has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes, shipping and handling charges do not apply toward the minimum purchase amount.
The promotion applies only to orders shipped to the same address.
The promotional code is not transferable, may not be resold or redeemed for cash.
If you return non perishable items purchased using a promotional code, we will subtract the value of the promotional code from your return credit.
Only one promotional code can be used each time and therefore cannot be combined with other offers using promotional code.
Limit one promotional code per customer.
Pawdega reserves the right to void the transactions where prohibited.
Section 7: Deliveries within United Arab Emirates
We are proud to say that deliveries can be made to all seven Emirates! Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, RAK, Sharjah, Ajman, & Umm Al Quwain. Delivery prices differ for each Emirate and start at just AED 15. Please refer to the checkout page to find the delivery pricing within UAE.
Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 5 working days. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full correct address along with your contact details.
Your order will be delivered to the address specified in your order.
We do not accept responsibility for incorrect postal addresses provided by you or responsibility for leaving items where requested.
Products accepted by you or someone in the household becomes your responsibility upon delivery
Perishable goods should be handled with care and should be refrigerated or kept in a freezer immediately after delivery.

Section 8: Prices and Payment
The price of the Goods and Services shall be the price listed in quotation current at the date of acceptance of your order
Product prices are exclusive of applicable tax. Value Added Tax (VAT) is calculated at checkout.
Product prices and delivery charges are subject to changes at any given time, the changes will not affect your order if you have already received a confirmation.
Payment for all Products and Services can be made by credit card, debit card, or cash on delivery. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Pawdega website to our users; however, errors may still occur, in such cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is priced incorrectly, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card has been charged, in this event, you will be refunded.
Section 9: Circumstances Beyond Our Control
We shall not be liable for any events of breach, interference, or delay of our performance or our obligations that are beyond our reasonable control. We will not be liable for any “Event of Force Majeure” regardless of whether the circumstances in question has been foreseen.
Force Majeure refers to any act of nature, act of government, event, or accident that happens beyond our reasonable control which can include without limitation of:
- Hackers, suppliers, riot, civil commotion, war, warlike operations, national emergencies, terrorism, threat of terrorism, strikes, lock-outs, natural disaster, fire, explosion, storm, flood, weather conditions, accident, failure of public utility supplies.
- Failure to access to public and private telecommunications networks
We may suspend the Contract with written notice until the Force Majeure event ends.
We may terminate the Contract in the event the Force Majeure does not end in a sufficient period of time. In this event, neither you or we shall be liable to the termination of the Contract.
Any undelivered orders will be refunded to you.
We will, however, endeavour to meet our obligations to you when the Force Majeure is over.
Section 10: Liability
The Pawdega website is not intended to provide any diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. The products, services, information, as well as any other content provided on the Pawdega website, including information and content that may be provided on the website directly or by linking to third-party websites are provided for informational purposes only and should never be considered as a substitute for veterinary advice.
In the attempt to provide quality value to our visitors, we may link websites operated from third parties. Information provided on the Pawdega and linked websites, including information relating to medical and health conditions, treatments, and products may be provided in summary form. Information on the Pawdega including any product label or packaging should not be considered as a substitute for advice from a veterinary healthcare professional. Pawdega does not recommend self-management of animal health issues. Information on the Pawdega website is not comprehensive and does not cover all diseases, ailments, physical conditions or their treatment. Contact your veterinary healthcare professional promptly should you have any health related questions. Never disregard or delay medical advice based upon information you may have read on the Pawdega website.
Any links to or access from third party websites or resources is not an endorsement of any information, product or service. Pawdega is not responsible for the content or performance of any third party websites. Use of any third party websites is at your own risk.

We are not liable for any information provided on the Pawdega website with regard to recommendations regarding supplements for any health purposes.
Always check the product label or packaging prior to using any product. If there are discrepancies, customers should follow the information provided on the product label or packaging. You should contact the manufacturer directly for clarification as to product labeling and packaging details and recommended use.
We do not accept liability for any result from feeding or administering products that we supply. You are responsible for how products are administered.
Section 11: Intellectual Property Rights
Pawdega either owns the intellectual property rights in the underlying HTML, text, images, audio clips, video clips, software and other content that is made available to you on this website, or has retrieved the permission of the owner of the intellectual property to use such Content on this website. Pawdega prohibits the redistribution or copying of any Content without our written permission.
Section 12: Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any losses, damages and expenses (including legal fees and attorney’s fees) (“Claims”) arising out of or relating to:
- any claims or demands made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services;
- your violation of any of the provisions of these Terms of Use, including, without limitation, any of the warranties, representations and undertakings;
- your violation of any applicable laws, including, without limitation, data protection or anti-spam laws; or
- the manner in which you use our Services, including, without limitation, that the content you post, the items you list or your infringement on the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party or that the content of your listings is slanderous, defamatory, obscene or violates any other rights (including privacy rights) of any third party (including other Pawdega users).
Section 13: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
“United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
