I’m really sorry to hear your cat didn’t react well. I know how worrying that is, especially when you’re just trying to do the best for them.
I do want to reassure you on the shipping side. All of our UAE deliveries go out in temperature-controlled cooling trucks, and they’re monitored the whole way. We can even pull the temperature logs from your delivery if you’d like. Because of that, it’s very unlikely the product was spoiled in transit.
That said, your experience is important to us, and we’d really like to look into this properly with you and the manufacturer to understand what might have happened. Sometimes pets can have individual sensitivities, but we don’t want to assume anything without checking.
